Bauchi Concert

Bauchi Heard the Sound of the King. The Lord has blessed us as a family with songs, and with the songs came an assignment - to go Northward, to encompass it, and to declare that He is doing a great work in the North, with the North and from the North. We did not choose this assignment and we could not have planned it. It was given, and what God gives is answered with yielding. Our answer, like Isaiah’s, has been “Here am I; send me”. We yielded, and we have not stopped, because we know Him who sent us. Neither the direction nor the word is new. The same Lord who turned a people northward then has turned us northward now, and to encompass is exactly what He has asked of us. In obedience, we headed from Jos to Bauchi for the Kakaki Bauchi Concert 2026. We went not with all the resources, but with the word of the Lord and yielded hearts. It is the way of the One who sends to send with a word and nothing more. His word went ahead of us and made provision of men and resources. The concert was held at Dunamis Church, Rafin Zurfi, on Sunday, 6th September 2026, and we got to share some of the songs the Lord has blessed us with. It was a great time of fellowship and devotion to the Lord, as men and women, young and old, lifted their voices to Him. The church was filled to capacity and overflowing. The people had indeed heard The Sound. The Lord made a summon, and men responded. Indeed, we see ourselves as Kakaki, the instruments the King makes His summons with. When the King summons, men will respond. Men responded! Bauchi heard the sound of the King. We were joined by other ministers in the city, Rotgak Kassam, Reuben Mark and Vanessa Yakubu, who ministered in songs to God's glory. They stirred the hearts of men in worship, and we all, with them, yielded to the wielding of the King. We did not go there to minister to people. We went there to minister unto the Lord, and surely, He ministered into us too. Words of prophecy were spoken, prayers were made for us by our Patron, Reverend Sylvester Dombin, and Jesus was glorified. Bauchi was glorious, to the honour of God’s name. Bauchi is not the last city we are going to. We are going Northward literally, and every city and state in Northern Nigeria will hear this sound. This is just the beginning of the encompassing. We cannot stop, because we know the One who sent us, and He is able. We have a destination, and it is Northward!
